We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Tax Strategy to join the Global Tax Strategy team at a respected, multinational organization. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing global tax planning initiatives, supporting mergers and acquisitions, analyzing the impact of legislative changes, managing audits, and helping to maintain the company’s REIT status.

You’ll play a key role in aligning tax strategy with long-term business goals, ensuring a forward-thinking and optimized global tax structure.

What We’re Looking For:

This role requires deep experience in both corporate tax strategy and complex organizational environments. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical thinker, proactive planner, and collaborative partner—able to work across legal, finance, and executive teams with clarity and confidence.

You’ll do well in this role if you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience in a corporate tax department or global public accounting firm

  • Hold a CPA and/or advanced degree in Tax or Law (strongly preferred)
